Agreement for Buying Online in the UAE Policy

This Agreement for Buying Online in the UAE Policy ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of online shopping services and the purchasing of goods from e-commerce websites and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service") in the United Arab Emirates ("UAE").

Service Providers and Responsibility

The Service is provided by e-commerce websites and mobile applications and their respective owners and operators (the "Service Providers") who are responsible for the delivery of the products, payment processing, customer service, and any other related services.

User Eligibility and Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that you are eligible and able to enter into legally binding agreements under UAE law. You also agree to take responsibility for any activities undertaken by you using the Service, including providing accurate and complete personal information, payment information, and complying with any additional terms and conditions imposed by the Service Providers.

Product Availability and Pricing

The Service Providers will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the products displayed on the Service are available for purchase and that the pricing information is accurate. However, the Service Providers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, and to change the availability or pricing of any product at any time and without prior notice.

Payment and Delivery

Payment for the products ordered through the Service shall be made through the payment methods accepted by the Service Providers. The Service Providers will arrange for the delivery of the products to the address specified by the user. Any additional delivery fees, customs duties, or taxes may be charged to the user.

Returns and Refunds

The Service Providers shall provide a return and refund policy that complies with the UAE Consumer Protection Law. The policy shall specify the conditions for returning products and the timeframe for processing refunds. Users are responsible for complying with the policy when returning products.

User Information and Privacy

The Service Providers shall collect, store, and process personal information about users in accordance with the UAE privacy and data protection laws. Users are responsible for ensuring that their personal information is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service Providers do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the products purchased through the Service will meet the user's expectations, or that the Service will operate in all geographical locations. The Service Providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions, you should not use the Service. The Service Providers reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such modification shall constitute your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
